When I graduated from Fowler High, I moved away for college and spent many years in the bigger cities of Kansas, never feeling like I would return other than for family visits. In my later adult years, I began feeling a gentle "pull" to come home and would often feel like I was missing out on all the fun happenings I was seeing on social media posts of friends and family. It became profoundly clear to me that I was being called home when a major family event seemed to launch an alignment of the stars and I found myself leaving the city life and moving back home to Fowler...and by home, I mean moving back into the family home that I grew up in. It was exactly what I didn't know I needed, but I have never looked back and now, I can't imagine living anywhere else but here in this "paradise on the prairie"!
